There are tons of features that come with using Google Analytics. One feature that I believe Virtually You would benefit from is the demographics page. By using this, I am able to narrow down all my engagers by race, age, gender, ethnicity, and more. This helps me determine my target audience and where Virtually You seems to be hitting the most. Another feature that would benefit Virtually You is the user activity. With this, you are able to keep track of your followers and how well you retain them. It's displayed as a chart with the each week vertical and the percentage retained horizontal. This makes it easier to visualize when we lose the most users, gain the most users and when were steady. And finally the most important feature for Virtually You is insights. Insights are one of the most popular used feature for businesses on social media because this gives you access to compare content, see how each post is performing, and all the basic demographic information. On Facebook and Instagram, you are able to use the insights feature as well which calculates page visits, engagement, likes, comments, shares, etc. As you can see, all these features can benefit Virtually You by helping us build a deeper connection with our audience and target the right markets. Google Analytics is a helpful site for Virtually You to manage our social media and campaign revenues.
